Beauty of Joseon Glow Replenishing Rice Milk is a dual-layer hydrating and balancing toner designed to provide lasting moisture while helping control excess sebum.
Rice Extract and Rice Amino Acids help hydrate and condition the skin, while Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate and Ceramide NP support moisture retention and skin comfort. Kaolin and the sebum-balancing powder layer help absorb excess oil and reduce the appearance of shine and pores.
The lightweight milky texture leaves skin feeling hydrated, smooth and refreshed without a greasy finish. Shake well before use to mix the two layers.
